For Professionals

Our lashes are made from high-quality PBT fibers. The reason we chose poly-fibers is that they offer the best of both worlds. They are strong and flexible, while still being lightweight and natural-looking. A soft finish that’s durable and doesn’t lose its curl – what’s not to love?

Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free and vegan.

Great question! When we started Lash Reality, we saw a lack of high-quality premade fans on the market. The materials used to create our products are sourced from vendors with the same high standards we set for ourselves.

Having over 13 years of lashing experience, our founder and CEO, Carlee Workman, knows the demands of lashing. Our products reflect the needs of lash artists and our beliefs that lashing should be safe, accessible, and fun! Our products are tested and beloved by some of the most experienced artists in the industry and we are always looking for opportunities to innovate.

But don’t just take our word for it! Check out the reviews on any of our products to see what other artists love about them.

We welcome you to the world of premades! For beginners, we recommend starting small. 3D-6D fans are easier to work with when mastering the new skill. Once you get the hang of it, you can try larger fans like 8D-10D. For more information, check out our post on Premade vs. Handmade Volume Fans.

Like many aspects of lashing – it depends. How many trays you’ll need for a client varies on how thick their lash line is and the lengths you are using. Typically, you’ll need 200-300 fans for a full set, so plan accordingly!

Of course! Each product page has an option to leave your email address to be notified when something comes back in stock.

Lash extensions are a delicate art. There are many factors that determine the end product. I’ve found that retention issues are typically caused by not using enough adhesive or using an adhesive that is drying too fast. FAQs for non-professionals and lash extension wearers.

If applied correctly, there should be no pain. If you feel any pain or discomfort during your appointment, please tell your lash artist ASAP!

Lash longevity varies depending on your natural growth cycle, how the extensions were applied, and aftercare. On average, lash extensions will last 2 to 3 weeks before needing a fill. If you are looking for tips to get extra wear time, check out our Ultimate Guide to Making Lash Extensions Last Longer.

Lash extensions, if applied correctly and given proper aftercare, do not damage the natural lash. Professional lash artists are trained to maintain natural lash health – which is why it’s important to always go to a reputable artist!

Yes! Absolutely – and you should be getting them wet! Washing your lashes once a day is a must for maintaining them. We recommended using our foaming Rub-a-Dub lash cleanser with a wet fluffy brush to gently remove oil and debris. Once they are dry, be sure to fluff them into shape with a clean spoolie. Good as new!

You might be hearing us say this a lot, but if applied correctly and given the proper aftercare, you do not need to take a break for eyelash extensions. It is only when applied incorrectly that they can damage the natural lash and where a break may be necessary.

It’s best to avoid mascara, but if you can’t give it up (we understand!), then switch to a water-based mascara. Avoid waterproof or oil-based mascaras as they will dissolve the adhesive and shorten the life of your lash extensions.

Nobody likes premature shedding! If your lash extensions are falling out, it could be for a number of reasons. Be sure you are following all aftercare guidelines, such as washing once a day, avoiding oil-based products, and no picking or pulling at them. If this problem continues even with proper aftercare, you may want to discuss it with your lash artist.

Lash extensions should be left to the professionals! Your eyes are delicate, and it takes months (even years) of practice to perfect the art. You don’t want to risk damaging your natural lashes or worse, your vision, by doing them yourself. Always go to a licensed professional!
